please read the information at the bottom of this page.
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit and debit cards as well as electronic checks. Convenience fees apply for all card and e-check transactions. Please click here for more information.

Check in the Postal Mail:
Mail payments to The City of Glenwood Springs, PO Box 458, Glenwood Springs, CO 81602.
Drop boxes are located on the building at the front (eastern) entrance and in the parking lot on the west side of City Hall across from the Police Station.

PAYMENTS FOR PAST DUE ACCOUNTS FACING IMMINENT SHUT-OFF MUST BE RECEIVED
BY 10:00 AM ON SHUT-OFF DAY TO AVOID DISCONNECTION AND ADDITIONAL FEES.
- If you make a payment after 10:00 am on shut-off day, visit or call our office at 384-6455 to confirm payment receipt & to pay any additional fees, if applicable. Payments dropped in the postal mail shortly before disconnection day may not be received in time to avoid disconnection.
- Reconnection of utilities following disconnection for non-payment occurs only during City Hall business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. Upcoming holiday closures are listed on the Finance Department web page.
