FMLD Awards $200,000 grant to Cedar Crest Improvement Project
The City of Glenwood Springs will receive $200,000 from Garfield County’s Federal Mineral Lease District’s (FMLD) spring 2019 grant cycle, according to an April 17 announcement by the FMLD. The money awarded from this grant will be used for the Cedar Crest Roadway, Drainage and Water Line Repair Project in West Glenwood Springs.

Following the approval of the Plan, the City released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to find a qualified, visionary development partner to participate in the City of Glenwood Springs’ efforts to develop approximately 12.2 acres of land located at the Confluence of the Colorado and Roaring Fork rivers.
