The City of Glenwood Springs accepts credit/debit card and e-check payments for a variety of items and services, including utility, broadband and landfill bills, through a partnership with Colorado’s State Internet Portal Authority (SIPA).

  • E-checks:  A flat fee of $1 will be charged for payments made using an electronic check regardless of the transaction amount.
  • Credit and debit cards:  The convenience fee is calculated as (the transaction amount + $ .75) x 2.25%.  You will be shown the full charge amount and have an opportunity to accept or cancel the payment before it is processed.

All payments via credit/debit card or e-check (online, over the phone, or in person)
are subject to a convenience fee as outlined above.

These fees are charged and retained by SIPA, not the City of Glenwood Springs.

Charges will show the State of Colorado, not the City of Glenwood Springs, as the vendor.
