Notice is hereby given by the Board of the City of Glenwood Springs Downtown Development Authority (“DDA”), that final settlement of a contract with Gould Construction (Contractor) for the south side public restrooms located on 7th street, will occur after 5:00 p.m., local time, on October 9, 2019.
