Ballot Issue 2I - Shall the City of Glenwood Springs debt be increased by up to $54 million, with a maximum replacement cost of up to $104 million, for the purpose of financing the acquisition construction, repair and improvement of one or more of the following capital projects:
Improving safety and traffic congestion by constructing improvements that may include South Bridge, South Midland Avenue, and the 27th Street/Sunlight Bridge;
Constructing a Riverwalk and other infrastructure at the confluence of the Roaring Fork and Colorado Rivers;
And constructing a “Gateway to Glenwood” by making street-scaping and other improvements to the 6th Street corridor.
