The Community Development Department will hold a virtual meeting on Monday June 8, 2020 from 4:30 to 6:30 PM to facilitate discussion on access and circulation for the proposed Triumph Bell Rippy apartment project proposed for 27th and Palmer Avenue.
GLENWOOD SPRINGS, CO – The Community Development Department will hold a virtual meeting on Monday June 8, 2020 from 4:30 to 6:30 PM to facilitate discussion on access and circulation for the proposed Triumph Bell Rippy apartment project. The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the project at their regularly scheduled May 28 meeting and requested a continuance to allow the surrounding neighborhoods to discuss the traffic impacts and review alternative options.
Community Development staff will introduce the project and scope of the meeting and developers will present different circulation options for consideration. Proposed plans will be posted after the meeting and continued public comments will be accepted. Any conditions of approval shall be limited to conditions necessary to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Municipal Code and shall relate to the anticipated impacts of the proposed development. The findings from the meeting will be included in the June Planning and Zoning Commission meeting where the project will be reviewed again for recommendation to City Council.
