The 22nd Street Neighborhood Water, Sewer, and Roadway Project will begin Monday August 3, 2020 and continue through October 18, 2020. Impacts include detour routing, one lane of 22nd street, limited property access, and some service outages.
22nd Street Water, Sewer, and Roadway Project
The 22nd street neighborhood is currently served by undersized water and sewer mains that have caused backups in the area and have outlived their useful life span. This project will replace the outdated infrastructure with up to date water and sewer lines that meet today’s standards.
What will this project include:
Replacement of:
- Asphalt roadway
- Water and Sewer mains
- Water and Sewer services to property lines
Installation of:
- A second fire hydrant.at the end of the street sidewalk and on-street parking.
The work will take place beginning August 3, 2020 and is expected to continue through October 18, 2020.
