[ARCHIVED] Park West Pedestrian Detour on East Side of South Midland

A temporary pedestrian and bicycle detour is in place on South Midland through the Park West neighborhood. The existing sidewalk along the eastern side of Midland Ave. in front of Sopris Elementary School (between Mount Sopris Dr. and the eastern edge of the Park West Neighborhood near Clark St.) is anticipated to be closed with the detour in effect until the beginning of the school year in August.

Pedestrians and cyclists will be detoured onto Atkinson Trail and through the Park West neighborhood. The detour is necessary for the construction of a new sidewalk on South Midland. Thank you for your patience.
