Midland Ave will be closed in both directions for through traffic for an active Police investigation. Residents of River Meadows and the Red Mountain Subdivision from 11th Street and South can access their homes from 27th and Midland. Red Mountain residents North of 10th St can access their homes from Red Mountain Dr at Midland (Yampah High School). There is no estimate on time of reopening as of 1:30 p.m.
