The City of Glenwood Springs will be conducting a very important online community survey starting Tuesday, September 7. The survey includes questions about local issues, the quality of city services and programs and budget priorities and will be available in English and Spanish. Your responses will have a direct impact on decisions affecting your community now and in the future. Your answers are completely confidential, and the survey will only take 15 minutes to complete.

There are four ways Glenwood Springs residents can participate in the survey:

  1. Visit the city website at www.cogs.us and click on the link at the top of the screen. This link will be available at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, September 7.
  2. Some residents will receive a text message inviting them to take the survey on the afternoon of Tuesday, September 7. The text will have the Glenwood Springs city seal at the top.
  3. Sign up to receive an email or text notifications from the City at www.cogs.us/info to receive City news including a link to participate in this resident survey.
  4. Contact Bryana Starbuck, Public Information Officer, at 970-384-6441 or bryana.starbuck@cogs.us to set an appointment for in-person assistance to complete the survey.

Make your voice heard by sharing your opinion and participating in the survey by Wednesday, September 22. Most questions are multiple choice. One of the first questions asks for open comment to share what you think are the top issues, priorities, or problems that you think the City of Glenwood Springs should address in the next three years. There is also an opportunity at the end of the survey to share any additional feedback or insights.

A final report of the survey findings will be made available online and will be shared with City staff and City Council to understand the areas that are top of mind for residents and ways that the City can improve. Results will also be utilized to help inform the upcoming Comprehensive Plan update which is expected to begin later this year.

If you have any questions, please contact Bryana Starbuck, Public Information Officer, at 970-384-6441 or bryana.starbuck@cogs.us.
